He has promised to review the airline's passenger-removal policy.

"This will never happen again", Munoz said.

The CEO vowed to never again let a law enforcement remove "a booked, paid, seated passenger", from a plane. 'We can't do that'.

United recently announced that every passenger who was on flight 3411 last Sunday will now get their money back.

The passengers can take their compensation in cash, travel credits or miles, United's Megan McCarthy told the AP. The video showing Dao, who is now hospitalized after the incident, being pulled out of his seat and screaming as officers dragged him down the aircraft at Chicago O'Hare airport, received millions of views.

The overhaul changes the experience system for both players and heroes and adds Overwatch-style loot boxes as level up rewards. His hero trait lets him jump around the battlefield while he flings shurikens and deflects incoming fire.

The incident became a public-relations disaster for United Airlines after a video of Dao being hauled off by his arms by security personnel went viral.

The refund is in response to an incident in which Dr. David Dao, of Elizabethtown, was violently pulled from his seat and dragged down the plane's aisle.

Attorneys for Dao filed court papers Wednesday asking the airline and the city of Chicago to preserve evidence in the case. "I hope they resolve the problem", said traveler.

A Chicago alderman said representatives from United Airlines and the city Aviation Department have been summoned by his committee to answer questions about Sunday's incident. One of the officers involved has since been put on leave, and the department has launched an investigation.

Fearns said that all went smoothly until after he had boarded the plane and was sitting in his seat, awaiting takeoff.

This was the moment U.S. forces dropped the MOAB - the "Mother of All Bombs" - on an Islamic State (IS) target in Afghanistan. White House officials won't detail precisely when that visit will take place but say it will come "soon".

In an interview with ABC News' Good Morning America, Mr Munoz said he was immediately filled with "palpable" shame and embarrassment at the incident - and voiced remorse for not "truly expressing what we were feeling" in his initial apology. But earlier media reports revealed that Munoz, in an internal letter after the incident, blamed the passenger for being "disruptive and belligerent".

Dao's attorneys at the law firm Corboy & Demetrio said they would hold a news conference on Thursday to discuss the petition.

As we later found out, the man removed the the flight was reportedly a 69-year-old doctor who had a ticket for the flight. No one volunteered. United made a decision to select people at random.

Dao was on a full jet at O'Hare Airport that was scheduled to fly to Louisville, Kentucky, on Sunday night when he and three other passengers were ordered off to make room for some employees of a partner airline.
