Toddlers died after 'mum left them in hot vehicle as punishment'

Texas mom says she locked 2 kids in hot car, killing them

Randolph told authorities she was folding laundry inside her house and thought the kids were happily playing outside, only to discover the toddlers almost a half hour later locked inside the vehicle, along with her keys and cellphone, the outlet reported.

The incident occurred near Lake Weatherford, Texas, located about an hour west of Fort Worth.

In Randolph's initial statements, the sheriff's office told NBC 5, she said the two children had been playing and when she couldn't find them in the house, she started searching the property, eventually locating them in the vehicle.

They were also awarded the top honours for the world's best first class lounge, and the best airline in the Middle East. Management is implementing an "Excellent Services" program that requires sustainable service development.

Over several interrogations, police were able to see through Randolph's changing story. As Randolph allegedly meant to leave the children in the hot auto to teach them a lesson, she may not have intended for them to die.

Randolph went inside the house, smoked marijuana and took a nap for two or three hours.

Randolph was booked into Parker County Jail on Friday.

According to Reuters, Cynthia Marie Randolph (24) was being held on Saturday on $200,000 (£156,286) bail for the deaths of her two-year-old daughter Juliet and 16-month-old son Cavanaugh. The woman's arrest follows that of recent Kerr County, Texas mother, Amanda Hawkins whose two children also died after being left in a hot vehicle as the 19 year old teen 'partied'.

The toddlers died in the vehicle. Incidents where a parent has intentionally left children in a auto on a hot day appear to be rare.

Documents released Friday revealed the Parker County Sheriff's Department used Randolph's alleged shifting statements about how the children died as probable cause to charge her, NBC News reports. Randolph said the door was locked so she broke a window to gain entry.

Newtown parent won't view NBC interview of Alex Jones
In response to criticism, Kelly invited parents to participate in the segment, an offer that one father accepted. Megyn Kelly's Alex Jones interview was more uneventful than its actual content previously suggested.

The children were pronounced dead about a half-hour after authorities were notified, police said. When she woke up, she found the children unresponsive inside the auto and broke the window to make it look like an accident, the sheriff's office statement said. Her bond has not been set.
