However, the two passengers in the auto that cut Teller off were transported to the hospital. This woman's irrational and ignorant decision put our lives and her passengers in very real danger. Acen King was killed in a possible road rage incident by a gunman who had honked at his grandmother for driving too slowly during a weekend shopping trip on Saturday, according to police. Acen was transported to Arkansas Children's Hospital with a gunshot wound on his back. It began in 1992 when a ME wreathmaker donated 5,000 surplus wreaths to the cemetery. The main ceremony was at Arlington National Cemetery. The Maine-made wreaths arrived from the Pine Tree State via motorcade. Approximately 1,800 wreaths were distributed Saturday afternoon; up by about 500 from the 2015 campaign. Attendees are also encouraged to bring a small wreath, which they can place on a grave in Vermont Veterans' Home's cemetery. (more...)
